Our Lady of Perpetual Succour
Oh Mother of Perpetual Succour, behold me a miserable sinner at thy feet. I have recourse to thee and put my trust in thee. Oh Mother of Mercy. have pity upon me I hear thee called by all, the refuge and the hope of sinners, be then by refuge and my hope. Succour me for the love of Jesus Chris, stretch forth thy hand to me, a poor sinner, who recommend and dedicate myself to thee, as thy perpetual saint. I bless and thank God, for having in his Mercy given me this confidence in Thee, the pledge, as I believe, of my eternal salvation, Alas, too often in past times have I miserably fallen, because I had not recourse to thee.
I know that with thy help I shall conquer. I know that you will help me,. if I recommend myself to thee. but l fear lest in the occasion of falling. I should cease to call upon thee, and, so should loose my soul. This then is the grace I seek from thee, and I beg of thee, as far as I know how and can, to obtain it for me, namely, in the assaults of hell, always to have recourse to thee and to say to thee: Oh Mary, help me, Mother of Perpetual Succour, suffer me not to lose nay God, Amen

O wonderful St. Anthony, glorious on account of the fame of your miracles, and through the condescension of Jesus in coming in the form of a little child to rest in your arms, obtain for me of His bounty the grace which I ardently desire from the depths of my heart . (State your intention)
You who were so compassionate toward miserable sinners, regard not the unworthiness of those who pray to you, but the glory of God that it may once again be magnified by the granting of the particular request (State your intention) which I now ask for with persevering earnestness. Amen

Most glorious Saint Joseph blessed spouse of Mary, you who merited to be chosen as guardian of the saviour of the world, Jesus Christ, and who, while embracing Him affectionately did have a foretaste of the bliss of heaven, I beseech you, obtain for me full pardon of my sins and the grace of imitating your virtues so that I may ever walk in the path that leads to eternal happiness. As you had the privilege of having Jesus and Mary by your soul. I earnestly pray you to protect me from the enemies of my soul in that last moment, so that consoled by the sweet hope of heaven I may expire pronouncing the most Holy names of Jesus, Mary and Joseph ,Amen
